where it left off
The boy let out a small huffula
As he had no idea where to plant the truffula

As well as puffed
As he thought to himself
Then the idea of all ideas came into his head
With a big POP!
3

This time riding upside down
Passing where all the Grickle Grass must grow
It must have been where all the Barbaloots
in their barabaloot suits had rested under the trees.

4

That made a loud BANGARANG
As he went through the loop-d-loop into town

Hoping enough people would care
He yelled gather round gather round
Help give this tree, this truffula tree
a little love and room to grow
5

Gathering around the young boy
Hoping he was going to share some joy
They circled and swirled
Grouping together

The Lorax spoke for the trees once upon a time
and now with this I intend to do the same
The Once-ler lives in shame
But with this seed
This truffula seed
We can bring back the trees

6

They whispered and chattered
Would this be good?
Just then little Sandy Mood
stepped up
Before speaking let out a hiccup.
And she asked about the Lorax
What did he do?
She never heard, her mom was only two.

7

Before he answered her question
It took him a while
What did he do you ask?
He spoke for the trees
He tried to save them

The Once-ler said everybody needs a Thneed
That it was something all people need
As he hacked and chopped away at the trees
The Lorax though knew it was wrong
He tried to stop this, but he wasn't that strong
8

This is the last seed
This is what all people need
Fresh air from the trees
Help bring them back
Along with the Barbaloots,
in their barbaloot suits
and the swomee swans and humming fish too
While we're at it let's get the Lorax,
so he can speak for the trees once again.
Show them people still care

9

The boy dug into the dirt
Once he got the shovel from Burt
As he dug out a weed
He planted the seed
Watering it and hoping for it to grow

10

and the tree didn't die
It was watered and given sunlight
The boy was right
It just needed a little love
and for someone to care
While it bloomed bright in the fresh air
