Organic girl and Earth 

Defender love nature, but 

something evil is happening to 

Earth's healthy plants! The Evil M 

is altering some of the plants and 

spraying them with a yucky, 

dangerous spray! These two 

superheroes are going to 

investigate!

Here is a farm where someone is 

spraying the corn with yucky 

chemicals! He says he is a farmer, 

but I've never seen a farmer who 

looks like that! What is going on 

here?

Organic Girl and Earth Defender are 

going to look into The Super Book of 

Knowledge to see what's causing all of 

this trouble.

The Evil M is 

using a toxic 

herbicide spray to 

kill weeds, but the 

herbicide is 

hurting our crops 

and our earth! In 

The Evil M's plot 

to take over the 

food supply,

The Evil M modified 

crops in the lab, so 

they would withstand 

their own dangerous 

pesticide! Foods that 

have been altered like 

this are called 

Genetically Modified 

Organisms, or GMOs. 

They have NOT been 

proven to be safe!

Today, many 

farmers are 

planting GM 

crops and using 

the herbicide all 

over their farms. 

And because of 

this, there are 

now 

SUPERWEEDS 

that not even the 

toxic herbicide 

spray can kill! 

This spray is also bad 

for people! Plants want 

to help make people 

healthy, not sick.

Say "NO!" to GMOs and 

eat organic food as 

much as possible!
