A long, long time ago, says the fairytale, happened some things that to us seemed rare.
The rabbits had a long tail, all beauty , that all the animals had envy. And the foxes who lived in thicket had short tails all of them.
2
The crafty and jealous fox, couldn’t live without a tail. She seemed herself very ugly, so she lived hiding from the world, sadly. What kind of animal are you without a tail? Suffered the poor madly in there.
3
While the mind it’s not in a tail,it’s in head, the fox gathered many friends. At the meeting, near the forest, talked the fox that was the smartest:
4
- Ladies and gentlemans, I solemnly declare, all of us must have a tail. And we must have the most beauty tail of them all. The tail of the rabbit, who to us is like a star.
5
- But how? What are you saying? The rabbit has the tail for itself?
- Yes he has it , but he won’t anymore, if we are foxes for sure.
All of them agreed, to play a game with the poor rabbits.
Each male and female fox, met a male or female rabbit.
6
They covered them with flatteries all, you’re my heart, you’re my soul. There’s no one more beautiful than you on this side, blessed is he who has you luck. Oh , my dear rabbit, with love you have my heart filled. For me there’s no more life, if you don’t love me and you’re not my wife.
7
Near of an old oak, something unpredictable happened, though: foxes and rabbits related on marriage with each other.
8
But they didn’t last for to long, just for a night, until the foxes cut off the rabbits tails.
When the sun rised over the fields the other day, all the rabbits were with a short tail.
Meanwhile the foxes with tails on their mouth , were searching for a doctor to pass there by.
