I was looking out my window 

enjoying the autumn season.

When a strong gust of wind

took my pumpkin for no reason!

I yelled "Someone stop that pumpkin!"

It took a roll and then a bounce.

It was headed on a journey which I call

The Pumpkin Pounce!

It was gaining speed and traction.

This pumpkin was in action.

Pounce!

It was caught and had become the 

pumpkin main attraction.

But...

Cooling off was what it needed.

 The splash was loud and swift.

Pounce!

"Drats!" I thought he had it."

Now the pumpkin's gone adrift.

The leaves were really twirling

as it bounced on through the grass.

Pounce!

 "I tried my best to stop it!"

"Look out it wants to pass!"
