Hi I'm Kay! I'm seven years old, I love art and I love to write. I have a dream to be an author and an      illustrator- that's a fancy word for somebody who draws the pictures in a book.

When I'm at school children sometimes say I can't be an author.

They say children can't write books.

This is my mummy Fran. I always tell her what the other

children say. And she always tells me to NEVER give up on my dreams.  Mummy says she is my biggest fan!

My teacher Mrs. Straker told us to bring something to show and tell  one day.  And I took  one of my books that I made!

I shared my book  with my classmates and they now know that children can make books.

Mrs. Straker loved my book too.😁

I hope we all remember that nobody is too young to dream big things!
