WEEK 1

1/25/2021: 1st Entry

 Situation:  Went to hospital with my friend to get the result of her radiology reports and lab test 

Dilemma: To let her have some iced drinks since her thyroid might get  worse

D Decision : We went for Korean Samgyupsal 

Insights: Reward and punishment was applied to the situation since the best decision I need to make as a friend for Karla is to make her health result better at the same time for her to have her iced coffee the next weeks

1/26/2021 2nd Entry 

Situation: I've been staying with my friend Karla for days 

Dilemma: To go home or stay for a couple of days

 Decision: Left some of my things at Karla's house to assure her I'm coming back 

Insights: I never needed to go home but I realized that I misses my nephew and mother so much that I went home for them.

1/27/2021 3rd Entry 

Situation: Karla and I ordered some food just enough for the two of us. Her niece came in and we decided to gave her some money in order for her to buy her own food, but she kept on eating of our remaining food. 

Dilemma: To say to Karla either she need to remind her niece that it's not a good habit to get someone food especially when there's a visitor around or let it be 

Decision: I decided to let her know my thoughts especially the niece needs to be lecture and she was extremely overweight 

Insights: It is not very easy to say my thoughts to a person even that someone is I'm close with. Stating facts and criticism is hard for a person especially if it would hurt them.
