It was day the before labour day and school had just let out. Nur along with the middler schoolers ran outside waiting for their rides home.

It was a Tuesday afternoon, and Nur was the last person to be picked up again, or so she thought. As she sat at the bench by herself, Nur thought, "Aww, Mom's late again."

Everyone had left but Amisha and Nur. As Amisha, the school's resident bully,  walks to her mother's car, she sees Nur sitting alone. Amisha says to Nur, "Haha, you're sitting alone, your mom doesn't love you, hahaha." Nur begins to cry. 

As Nur was crying, her mom came. She saw Nur crying and asked why. Nur said "Amisha said you don't love me because you always pick me up late." Hearing this, Nur's mom told Nur that she was sorry for always being late.

Nur and her mom walked through Hong Kong to get home. While walking, Nur asked her mom,"why are you late?" Her mom responded with, "It is because I am a domestic worker, and we have to work long hours to make enough money because they do not pay us enough."
