ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mark Anthony B. Cabigas is an undergraduate student of Bachelor in Social Science Education, under the Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences of the Philippine Normal University - Manila. He finished his Senior High School with High Honors from Manila Tytana Colleges under the Academic Track with the strand Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS). He moreover completed his Junior High School; First Honors at Pasay City North High School– Main, also garnering Best in Social Studies for four consecutive years. In addition, Cabigas is also an advocate of history, heritage and culture. Currently, he serveves President of  Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral sa Kasaysayan - PNU (SAMAKA) and Cultural Head of the PNU UNESCO Club.

Most valuable decision I made for this week was today, when I decided to ask for an emotional help with a friend. Since last week I have been experiencing bizarre things in my mental state.

I say bizarre because this is far different from my usual self. I have been waking up lately with totally no motivations at all. I have also been spending more time in bed -- sleeping, than the hours I am spending to stay awake and do my assignments. 

This very far from my usually motivated and always full of enthusiasm to work. I feel like I have been changing lately so I think the most important decision I made this week is to share this to someone I trust.
