It was a very exhausting week for me. I feel like all my motivation has gone down the sink and I've never been more drained like this since my father passed six years ago. 

But even though academic issues and anxiety in general has been consuming me, what I consider a big decision this week is continuing to attend class and still waking up wearing a smile to show to my family. I am hoping for better days soon.

The Philosophy I can integrate this week is existentialism. I am questioning my existence and purpose but I know this will take sometime until I can find what my true purpose is I'll just take it one step at a time.
