Week 3 has been about my participation in my different organizations and my experiences with my friends.

So here are some of my decisions I made.

With my local organization which is Load A Dream, I decided to realign and organize the upcoming activities through a meeting with our executive committee. 

I feel like the decisions we made help us to create good relationship with one another.

Last Wednesday, I also attended a meeting about formulating a youth national organization that will help promote and advocate good governance for the 2022 Elections. The group asked me to become the President of the said organization. 

I accepted their request since we talked about this organization for a year now, and I would like to test my skills on leading again a new organization.

The following day, the head of the organization of which I am part for the past 3 months asked me if I want to pursue being a member.

I observed that I am inactive for the past few days because of my thesis. And as I reflected, my skills as a leader are not already needed in the said organization because they have a lot of competent leaders so I decided not to continue on the said organization.
