It was a hot summer day. The kids were outside playing until Camimi said something exciting. They were going to the zoo!

We're going to the zoo!

As soon as they arrived at the zoo, Camden exlaimed, "Let's go see the tigers first!" The kids were so excited to see all the animals!

Yay!

"Aww, the baby tiger wants to play with the other babies but its Mama won't let it," Lucia said sadly.

"Why can't I play with them Mama?", the baby tiger asked.

"Because I said so!" the Mama tiger roared.

When they got to the bears, they were sad to see there was only one. It was a baby and it was very lonely.

"Hiya Smokey!" the Park Ranger told the bear. 

"I miss my mama and papa," the bear thought sadly.

The Park Ranger had explained to the Hileys that Smoky the bear had parents once. However, a fire had destroyed his home and killed his family.

"It's okay Smokey," the Park Ranger comforted the baby bear.

All the fish were so cool to see but the Jellyfish were interesting. They were swimming around the shark and bumping into him. It looked very angry.

"Your kids are making the hammerhead angry!" one Jellyfish parent said to the other.

"Kids will be kids," the Jellyfish parent responded.
