My Changing World During Pandemic Project

Everybody knows that our health workers played a very important role  during the pandemic period and was respectfully thinking them.

Teacher : Why you all sound so upset ?

Andy : I want to go to school but it is closed.

Barbaros : I want to go outside and meet my friends, but it is not safe.

Clara : I even can’t see my grandparents.

Daniel : Me too! I even miss going to grandpa.

Teacher : You need a bit fun. Let’s play Guess who ?

Andy : Allright, let me start, please. Guess who laid in bed most of the day, stucked in home and to a screen?

Daniel : I know it is me.

Clara : How Hard! Nearly everyone now.

Teacher : Ok, my turn. Guess who is whinning for being safe while some people are risking their lives.

Barbaros : This game is really fun!

Clara : You mean doctors and nurses , right ?

Teacher : Not only them. All the health care workers. They are heroes of our time.

Daniel : In fact, they are not like heroes.

Teacher : What do you mean ?

Daniel : Heroes risk their lives. But they do not risk the life of their families or beloved one like the healthcare workers do. 

Andy : So, healthcare workers are more than super heroes.

Teacher : That’s right. Can you think about anything we can do for them ?

Barbaros : Hmm, Let’s clap more powerfully at nine o’clock :)

Clara : Ha ha Brilliant! I can write a poem.

Andy : We can draw some pictures to cheer them up.

Hold onto hope

Though it is hard to cope

It is the end almost

Soon corona gonna be a ghost

Then you will post

From a lovely coast ;)

I’m a face mask

White as light.

I keep you healthy,

Everyone wants me.

I’ll spend short time on your face,

Please be brave,

I Won’t be here always.
