My name is Drip, and I am traveling along an ocean current. It's getting warm, so I rise to the surface. 

The sun has given me enough energy to change to a gas thanks to evaporation. Now, I float higher and higher in the sky!

Evaporation is the process of liquid water being heated and changing to a gas.

I've floated so high in the sky that now I am cold. Thanks to condensation, I can travel across the land with other water droplets in these clouds. 

Condensation is the process of water vapor cooling and turning back to liquid water.

Our cloud has gotten full of water and is too heavy, so now we are released to the ground in the form of rain precipitation. 

Precipitation is when water falls to the ground in the form of rain, snow, or sleet. 

I see the sun is out!
