Once upon a time there was a little girl named Goldilocks. 

One day she went for a walk in the forest. She saw a cottage. She knocked on the door but nobody answered. So she opened the door and walked right in. 

On the table were three bowls of porridge. Goldilocks ate the first bowl of porridge. "This porridge is too hot!" she said. So she ate the second bowl of porridge. "This porridge is too cold!" she said. So she ate the third bowl of porridge. "This porridge is just right!" she said and she ate it all up. 

Goldilocks was tired. So she went into the next room and saw three chairs. She sat down on the first chair. "This chair is too big!" she said. So she sat down on the second chair. "This chair is too big, too." Goldilocks said. So she sat down on the third chair but it broke!". 

Goldilocks was very tired. She walked up the stairs and saw three beds. Goldilocks lay down on the first bed. "This bed is too hard!" she said. So she lay down on the second bed. "This bed is too soft!" she said. So she lay down on the third bed. "This bed is just right." she said and she fell asleep. 

Then, the three bears came home. "Someone's been eating my porridge!" said daddy bear. "Someone's been eating my porridge!" said mommy bear. "Someone's been eating my porridge and they ate it all up!" said baby bear.
