There are two types of energy, renewable which means it will never ends even we use it and non-renewable which means it will finish if we use it continuously.

The use of energy from the sun : to grow some plants, to give vitamin D (good for bones), to make the clothes dry, to make the crackers, to make salty fish and to make salt

The benefit of the lamp energy is to make the room beautiful (as decoration)
