One very late night a little boy called Alex went to bed.

Late that night Alex got up to a strange sound. He thought it was coming from outside. So he went back to bed.

But not long after he went back to sleep he heard the same noise again. So he stepped out of his bed and looked everywhere so he could find out where the noise was coming from. He was starting to get scared.

He noticed something coming out of his bed. He went to see what it was. All he saw was long green tentacle-looking legs. He looked under the bed and he saw a...

Big green monster with big black eyes." What are you doing here this is my room said Alex." This is all a dream said the Monster." How can this be a dream said Alex."

Alex went to tell his parents. "Mummy Daddy there is a big green monster under my bed and I dont know why." Alex please dont be silly you know there is no such thing as monsters."

""But Mummy I know I saw a monster it was a big green monster with very big black eyes said Alex." You know what Alex let me see I have to sleep tonight."

Alex and his mum went to his room. "I dont see any monsters Alex why did you wake us up said Alex's mum." It must be under my bed then I found it there said Alex." Well then lets look there." Alex's mum looked under the bed but she saw nothing. She thought Alex is just imanigning stuff.
