INTRODUCTION
Our intention with this assigment is to achieve a presentation of popular foods that we can find in our day-to-day, and that are good for our liking. You'll find us talking about their definitions, origins, and reasons to try them. We invite you to read and listen to our little eBook that we joyfully made, and we hope you like it like we do.
The burrito appears for firts time in the decade of 1900 just in the mexican revolution and quickly became famous.

It consist of a 30cm diameter mexican tortilla made with wheat flour that wraps various types of filling: beans, meat, cheese, chilly peppers, onions or spices.


The burrito is very delicious, their texture is very soft, the feeling of the beans and avocado running through the mouth is very satisfying.


Origins
It is common belief that pizza was an invention by the Italians. However, the history of pizza goes back to the ancient times in the Middle East.

The Greeks, Egyptians, Armenians, Israelis, and Babylonians were making some derivative of pizza in the ancient times.
They would cook flat bread in mud ovens.


Workingmen and their families ate it because it was a thrifty and convenient food. The Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians specifically, were topping the bread with olive oil and spices, now known as focaccia.

A pizza is a round flattened disk of bread dough topped with a combination of olive oil, oregano, tomato, olives, mozzarella or other cheese, and many other ingredients. It is very well know all over the world, but in Italy, specially, it is one of the most signature and significant dishes of the country.

Definition
One of the simplest and most traditional pizzas is the Margherita, which is topped with to-matoes or tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil.
