You will need 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of frozen pineapples, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 cup of ice cubes , 3/4 cup of water and a blender.
First, make sure your spinach has been washed . You can also use frozen spinach if you like. Next, measure out each of the ingredients before putting them into your blender. If you don't have pineapples or avocado you can use just 1 and 1/2 cup of frozen mango and 1/2 ripe banana. Then turn your blender on high for 30 to 40 seconds, or until all the spinach is blended up leaving no pieces behind. Finally, pour the smoothie out into a tall glass.
Simple Smoothie
You will need 1 or 2 eggs, milk, salt or pepper, butter, oil and frying pan, a bowl, and a fork. First, get your bowl and crack your eggs. Then add your milk to the egg. Halfway add your salt or pepper. Then start mixing again. Lastly, get your frying pan put it on the stove at medium and oil then add the egg mixture to the frying pan and use your fork to mix the egg while it's in the pan. And enjoy
Scrambled Eggs
you will need butter, a pan, 5 eggs, a bowl, sugar, whisk or fork , salt, and bread first, we put butter on the pan and set the stove to medium. Next, crack 5 eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs. Second, we add one teaspoon of sugar and add two dashes of salt to the eggs then dip the bread into the egg and put it in the pan.
Third, we let it cook for a couple of minutes and flip it. And enjoy
French toast
You will cheese pepperoni pre-made small dough or make the dough by mixing water and flour and need until soft. If it is too wet add flour. If to dry add water. you will need tomato sauce and not ketchup. second Place the sauce onto the dough third Then place the cheese and pepperoni if wanted then microwave for one min if made dough bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 15 minutes check every 5 min until done. And enjoy
Mini pizza
You will need bread, cheese, tomato, lettuce, butter, a butter knife, and a toaster. First, take your bread and put it in your toaster then when it pops out use your butter knife and spread the butter all around the bread. Then add your cheese to the bottom. Then add your lettuce on top of your cheese and add your tomato on top. And enjoy
Sandwich
First, you need a taco shell, ground beef, lettuce, cheese, and any sauce you want. Second, warm the taco shell if you want the taco shell to be hard. Third, warm the beef and put it in the taco shell. Fourth slice the lettuce and cheese and drop it in the taco shell. Fifth put the sauce you chose, and there you have your homemade taco.
