Sammy is a frog who lives in Shadydale. He loves when water falls from the sky so he can swim in the Shadydale swimming hole.

But over time when the water stops falling from the sky, Sammy's swimming hole starts to dry.
"Where is the water going? How long will it be until it comes back?"

"I don't know Sammy, this sounds like a question for the old wise frog", said Jerry.
Sammy met with his friends, Jerry and Larry, to ask if they knew where the water is going.

"The Old Wise Frog knows everything! He'll know what happens to the water as time goes on"

"Let's go!"
"I'm ready if you are!"

Sammy, Larry, and Jerry hopped day and night to reach the old wise frog.
"We will be there soon! We will know we have arrived when we reach the flower garden", said Larry.

"How long have we been hopping? It feels like forever!"

"We have arrived Sammy! It is right through those flowers", said Larry.

Sammy and his friends arrived to the flower garden, the home of the old wise frog. It was now foggy outside, and there were no water puddles in sight. Sammy was excited for his questions to be answered.

When Sammy finally reached the old wise frog, he was shocked at how big he was. The old wise frog was on a Great Platform. Sammy asked the questions that set him on his journey. The old wise frog explained the water cycle to Sammy.

"The water cycle consists of steps called evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. Precipitation is rain, or when water falls from the sky. The rain collects in your swimming hole and then evaporates back into the sky. This is why your puddle disappears. Condensation is the formation of clouds, that hold the rain."
