"Mom! Ready to leave?" I said. "Yes, coming"! Just got to get a few more things" said Mom. I am ten years old and me and my mom are going camping on state land. I am so excited to go! But I am also a little anxious because there is a legend about a tall and slender creature that lives deep in the woods that I'm going to. They say that the creature has two sirens on a metal pole. The sirens also are capable of mimicking voices of people it has consumed or torn apart and there are razor sharp teeth inside the sirens. Its name is Siren Head.   

Also, I forgot to say my name is Wesley and we brought my dog Dodger. He is a German Shepherd. Now lets continue. I hopped into the car with Mom and Dodger and off we went. When we were about twenty miles away on the side of the road where the forest is I saw trees that looked like a giant smashed them. I thought that was kind of weird. Later, after we arrived Dodger started to act funky.

After we unpacked our tent and things I went for a walk in the woods with Dodger, who was still acting funky. It was dark so my mom said to be careful and to take a flashlight so I did. When I was walking I noticed that I could hear the leaves and twigs crunching under my feet. It is so quiet, I could hear my heartbeat. Usually I hear birds chirping and other wildlife things but the woods were silent. Right after I thought of that Dodger started growling and barking like crazy!  Then I heard static. It kept on getting louder and louder! Then I saw it, its wretched body sprinting towards me!
