Long ago in France, a King and Queen longed for a child. They had a baby girl, but an evil fairy cursed her to prick her finger on a spinning wheel and fall asleep for 100 years. The princess was raised by fairies in the woods and on her 16th birthday, she ran away to avoid an arranged marriage. She found a prince who helped her find a hidden spinning wheel and she pricked her finger, falling into a deep sleep. After 100 years, she woke up in a new world and lived happily ever after with the prince.
