Ingredients:

LENTIL SOUPINGREDIENTS :1 cup red lentils 1 medium size onion 1 carrot 1 tablespoon tomato or pepper paste 1 teaspoon salt 6 cups of water 2 tablespoons oil
RECIPE:Put everything for the soup in a medium pot and cook on medium heat until the lentils are soft, for about 25-30 minutes. Smoothen it with a blender. If you don’t have a hand blender or if you want to have a chunky soup, chop the onion finely and grate the carrot before you cook them.enjoy your meal:)

Peel and dice the potatoes. We peel the garlic and onions. Cut both into cubes. We cook the potatoes separately in salted water until semi-soft. Melt the butter and fry the onion until golden. Add the garlic and sweet paprika and just sauté briefly. Pour in the hot broth, add the sliced cabbage and all the spices. Cook the cabbage until softens and add the potatoes a while before. Season the soup to taste and simmer briefly until the potatoes are completely soft. Finally, add the sour cream, mix well and heat briefly.

Typical of the Northern Region of Portugal, this Portuguese style broth will be the soup for the end of the day What do you think? Try this simple and quick recipe at home. This soup is ready in just 45 minutes.
Ingredients
500 g of potatoes
200 g kale, chopped for green broth
1/2 chorizo
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 dl of olive oil
1 tablespoon of coarse salt
2 l of water

preparation instructions
Heat a pan with the oil, the chopped onion and garlic and the peeled and cut potatoes. Let it cool down a bit, stirring occasionally.
Add the water, salt and chorizo and let it cook.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove the chorizo and mash everything very well. Add the cabbage and let it boil.
Serve the green broth with the sliced chorizo, accompanied by slices of cornbread.

Shish KebabIngredients-500 g mince-One onion-100 g Tail oil or two spoons of butter-Two cloves of garlic-One capia pepper-One teaspoon of chili paste-Salt and black pepper-PaprikaRecipe1. Ingredients:
250 g minced meat
2-3 tomatoes
1-2 peppers
1 onion
2-3 eggs
Cheddar cheese if you wish

Recipe:
1. Finely chop the onion and fry until brown colour
2.Add the minced meat to the fried onion
3. After the minced meat is roasted continue cooking by adding the peppers cut into small pieces
4. Add the tomatoes that peeled and add the spices
5. After the tomatoes are cooked, pour the scrambled eggs on it
6. Finally sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on it
(How Menemen should be in Turkey is a matter of dabate. People have not made a common decision whether Menemen is with onion or without onion. However, there are many varieties of Menemen; with mushroom, with sausage, in the oven...)

Directions:
1. Add 3.5 cups of flour and 1 tea spoon of salt to a deep mixing bowl. Let's make a hole in the middle of the flour by mixing.
2. Let's add 1 egg in the middle and continue mixing.
3. While mixing, add 1 glass of warm water gradually.
4. Let's knead the dough until it reaches a consistency that is neither too hard nor too soft.
5. Let's cover the ready dough with cling film and let it rest.

TURKEY YAKA
Pişi (Turkey)It is served on holidays and special days.Ingredients2 cups water1 tablespoon sugar1 packet of dry yeast5 cups floor1 dessertspoon saltfor frying : 2 cups oil1: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 packet of dry yeast in water.2:Let it rest for 10 minutes after mixing.3:Add 3 cups of flour and salt to the rested mixture by blending and continue mixing.4: Add the remaining flour little by little and start kneading.5: Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.6:Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour at room temperature.7: Take the fermented dough to the counter, roll it up8:Heat the oil in a pan. Throw the pancakes into the oil slowly and fry them on both sides.

Ingredients (8 portions)
0.5kg of white bread or Semmel which went hard (2-4 days old)
1 tsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 onion
0.5 l milk
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Recipe:
1: Cut the white bread into tiny pieces or slices and pour warm milk over them and let them rest for 30-45 min
2: Mix the eggs with the pepper and salt into the white bread pieces until one mass
3: Roast the chopped onion until short before golden brown and mix them into the dough
4: Apply flour to your hands and form balls (choose size yourself, but I recommend a little tinier than fist size)
5: Let the balls cook in slighty boiling salted water until they swim up (about 15 min) and then fish them out of the water
To serve: Eat as a side dish with sauce on top or eat them with soup.

preparation instructions
Prepare the dough: heat a pan with the water, butter, oil and salt. When it starts to boil, lower the heat, add the flour and mix very well, until the dough comes away from the bottom of the pan. Remove and let cool.
Prepare the stuffing: heat a pan with the butter, add the chopped onion and garlic and let it brown. Add the minced meat and let it cook until it becomes loose.
Dissolve the cornflour in a little water and add to the meat.
I'm not sure wether this fits into the "pastry" category but i think it gets the closest so here we goIngredients• 3 cups flour• 1 cup butter•• 2 yeast cakes, or equivalent• 1 cup cream•• 4 egg yolks• 1/2 tsp salt• 1 tsp vanilla•• 1 cup sugar• 1/2 cup nuts (walnuts), chopped or rolled fineDirections1. Warm the cream, and add yeast. Stir until dissolved. Let stand to activate yeast.2. Mix butter into flour with pastry knife thoroughly... no big clumps of butter remaining.3. Add yeast/cream gradually to the flour mixture, mixing well between additions.
4. Turn dough onto a floured board. Knead until smooth, adding flour as needed if dough is too wet and sticky. Knead until dough has almost a bread dough-like texture and feel, just not quite as stretchy.
5. Put dough into ungreased bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Let's start.
1. First, boil your pasta in salted water.
2. When it boils, drain it and let it cool down a little in a colander.
In the meantime, open the can of garnish, put it in the decanter and drain it well. Do not buy a side dish if you want prepare carrots, peas and potatoes yourself at home the choice is yours:))))
3. Let the corn drain in the same way in a colander. Boil the sausages and chop them into cubes.
4. Finely chop the green olives, too yesil.
5. prepare your yogurt with 1.5 cups of garlic.
6. Wash the parsley and dill well and chop finely.8. Now mix all the other ingredients except pasta, yogurt, mayonnaise, liquid oil in a deep bowl.10. Add the cooled pasta to this mixture and mix well.

Heat the oven to 180 C. Cake tin is painted oil and is strewed flour . The flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon mix to
gether and stir in the sugar.
Beat the eggs, mix them with the oil and add to the flour mixture. We grate carrot and stir in the carrot and fold in the mashed banana together with the walnuts.
We pour the mixture into the tin and bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Leave the cake aside to cool.
frosting
We stir the cream cheese and sugar with lemon juice until soft and creamy.
When the cake is cool, we spread the frosting on top of the cake and sides.
You can decorate the cake with marzipan carrots.

Ingredients for Şekerpare Recipe125 grams of room temperature margarinehalf water granulated sugar3 tablespoons of semolina1 egg2.5 cups of flour1 pack box1 teaspoon perspective perspective1 teaspoon of peanuts->For the syrup:2 cups sugar3 glasses of water4-5 drops of lemon juice.
How to Make Şekerpare Recipe?
1.Put the oil and powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and mix.
2.Add the egg and mix again
3.Add the semolina, baking powder, vanilla and flour little by little to obtain a dough as soft as an earlobe.
4.We break off a little bit larger than a walnut from the dough and roll them out with our hands.
5.We flatten the top very lightly and place a whole hazelnut kernel in the middle.

6.Place on a greased baking tray.
7.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until it turns golden brown.

8.We put water and sugar in a deep pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
9.We add the lemon juice close to the lowering and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
10.We leave the cooked syrup to cool.
11.We take the baked candy pares out of the oven and wait for 2 minutes and pour the warm syrup on it with the help of a ladle.

I chose this dessert because it is delicious and not difficult to prepare.My version is lighter/healthier, so you can indulge it as often as you like. You won't find a difference in taste.INGREDIENTSCorpus:• 50 g buckwheat flour (or spelled, wheat, oatmeal)• 1 ripe banana• 1 teaspoon of baking powder• 4 tablespoons (vegetable) milk• 2 tablespoons cocoa• 1 teaspoon stevia (or sugar)• 2 tablespoons applesauce• 1 eggCream:• anything that can be made into cream(I used curd, but it's up to you...Options: can of coconut milk/coconut whipped cream/whipping cream/cream cheese)• vanilla / stevia (or simply sugar)
INSTRUCTIONSPre-heat your oven to 150 Celsius.Beat the egg white until foamy.Mash the banana with a fork and then add all other ingredients for the corpus. (including egg yolk)Mix well.Pour the liquid mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.To ensure you can easily remove the baked corpus later, lightly grease the baking paper first.Bake for 20 –25 minutes.Remove from the oven and let cool completely.For the filling just whip curd with yoghurt, sugar and vanilla essence.Peel the cooled corpus off the baking paper and pre-cut it to the desired shape.Spread the filling over the sponge (approx. ½ cm thick) and top with the second layer of pre-cut sponge slices.Separate the slices with a knife and serve.Any leftovers are best stored in the fridge.

500 ml of Port Wine
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon peel

Put 150 g of the sugar in a pan and wet it with a little water. Bring to a boil, without stirring, until you get a caramel. Remove from heat, add 50 ml of water and stir well. Caramelize a pudding mold and set aside.
Put the rest of the sugar in a pan, add the cinnamon stick, the lemon zest and the port wine, bring to the boil and let it boil, until you get a pearl point.
Whisk the yolks in a bowl and add the previous syrup, in a stream, stirring constantly.
Pour the previous preparation in the form and take it to the oven, preheated to 180ºc, for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold. Decorate to taste and serve.
I chose this particular dish, because it has been one of my favourites, since I tried it for the first time. Recipe:
Cover the insides of the sponge layers with apricot jam, then add a thick layer of the paste and sandwich together. Dip in the punch icing and set to drip dry. The detailed instructions follow below but this will give you a good idea on how its done. But keep in mind, instead of cutting the little petit fours, you can leave the whole square in one piece and make a punsch cake instead. Just add the glaze on top.
