Pao De Queijo is a Cheese Bread from Brazil. The ingredients are, tapioca flour, cheese, and more.



Pao De Queijo was made in 1967 and is really delicious. MOST people eat Pao De Queijo during BREAKFAST!!! Pao De Queijo is eaten a lot by Brazillians. To make it yummy, it needs to be HOT and CRUNCHY. It ALWAYS is HOT.







Pao De Queijo










1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Pour olive oil, water, milk, and salt into a large saucepan, and place over high heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately, and stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
3.Stir the cheese and egg into the tapioca mixture until well combined, the mixture will be chunky like cottage cheese. Drop rounded, 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet.
4.Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.

3. add chicken and rice also add saffron which will give it a yellow look
4. add broth
5. cook uncoverd
6.cover it and let it rest.

Brazil Christmas Peru (Turkey)
INGREDIENTS:
Turkey, Onion, Garlic, Oil, Beer, and Saffron.

INSTRUCTIONS:
– Thaw the turkey a day advance.
– Blend the onion, the garlic, and the oil in a blender.
– Add the beer and the saffron.
– Season the turkey, leaving it to marinate for 5 hours.
– Bake it in the oven (180 degrees), covered with aluminum foil for about 2 hours.
– Remove the foil and increase the oven's temperature
until it's browned.
It all started with the North American Indians, who raised the turkey in their villages. The bird (turkey) was always served in their offerings as it was considered a symbol of abundance, due to the fact that it's a large bird and can feed many people.
