chapter 1

b-u-l-l-i-e-s

Hi, I'm Clarissa Devalo, a history nerd. It all started on a Monday. I walked through the halls with Flora and her pack teasing me for my George Washington shirt. I  continued walking slowly through the halls with Flora saying, “You will never have a good life” in my head. Since Flora bullied me, I was  5 minutes late for Homeroom. Great.

 At lunch, I was still misrable eating my Pb and S sandwich [ peanut butter and salmon]. At PE, everyone targeted me in dodgeball so I got a F in pe. At least recess was good. I talked with my friends, Xavier and Leah. Xavier asked me, “You got bullied again?” “Yep,” I replied. Xavier stated, “Don’t worry. Bullies bully people to seem more powerful. They're just a bunch of losers.” “Yeah,” Leah replied. I feel a bit better now. I got A+s in the  rest of my classes

Chapter 2

M-a-t-h

Mr. Clarkson in math is evil. Heck, Flora is treated like royalty, probably because he's her dad. Mr. Clarkson gave me an F in math because `` you were wearing a George Washington tee and Flora choses the grades”, darn. PE was better. Xavier and I beat Flora in basketball. Take that, Flora!

Chapter 3

H-o-m-e

Wednesday is my favorite day of the week. Why? Because we have extended homeroom that day. And Ms Chisa is my favorite teacher ever. But today she had an important announcement

Ok we are doing a economics project today,” Ms. Chisa said.  “Boo!” said Lisa, Flora’s friend. Ms. Chisa replied, “But we are raising money for a school fundraiser. The reward is $100.” “Yay!” Flora replied. Ms. Chisa said, “But there will be no adult help or you will be suspended from the project, especially you Flora.” As I walked back home from school, I heard people talking about what their stalls will be about. But my mind went blank. Maybe I can go to Xavier’s today. I texted my mom and headed over. 

Chapter 4

Brainstorm

    When I asked Xavier what I should do for my stall, Xavier replied, “I'm just as clueless as you are.” Leah said, “How about we do an advice stall? We're smart.” “Genius!” said Xavier and I. “Let's look in my attic for supplies for our stall, “ said Xavier again.

We looked in the attic. We ended up getting the stuff that I wrote down on this list:

“ colored lights

“ cool blue fabric

“ a table

“ cash machine [ a toy one]

“ Xavier’s sister’s diary 

Chapter 5

Business

After we set up, Lisa asked us the best thing,“Can I join your stall?” Suddenly our first customer appeared. She asked, “ How can I study for the math test?” We replied, “Practice your math facts.” Suddenly again Flora appeared. “Ha! An advice stall! You're just a bunch of losers. My stall will win!” she said. Xavier replied, “Sorry, but we don't care.” That wasn't the best start.
