An African American boy was often teased daily by three little boys of another race. Timmy, Johnny, and Mark teased the little boy about the color of his skin, texture of his hair, size of his nose, and the color of his teeth.
The little boy would go home and cry to his mom about the way he looked. With all the teasing, he wished he could look like Timmy, Mark, and Johnny, so he could not be teased by them.
Mom explained to the little boy how special he was.
Your skin is smooth just like chocolate, your hair is soft like cotton candy, and your smiles brighten up my day
