"Hi, my name is Jeramiah and I am going to tell you all about my first day of school at a new school."

My dad is in the Military which means that we move around a lot.

We just PCS'd (moved) from Georgia to Texas and I am very nervous to leave my mommy to go to a brand new school. I don't know any of my classmates, I haven't been inside of my new school before, and get this, I've never even met my teacher!

My mommy tells me, " I know you are a little nervous about starting a new school in a new state Jeramiah.  Some things you need to remember is that this is a safe school for you to attend, you will meet new friends who you'll get to explore the playground at recess. And I bet and have a lot of fun with your new teacher."

I listen to my mommy's words and they make me feel happy,  I give her a big hug and walk safely to my new classroom.
