
On May 15, 2015, for the first time in forever I flew to Vietnam. I visited there because one of my friends invited me. He wanted me to visit his business in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City after spending 4 hours flight. It was my first flight and my first experience going abroad. I couldn't hide my excitement and kept paying attention to the detail of that city.




In the second day, I visited a cacao plantation in the Mekong delta. I saw some farmers who were treating the cacao trees. Some of them were picking the cocoa fruits. We also dropped in a farmer's house and talked about how to take care of cacao trees.



Then I went to the place where the cacao beans were fermented. I met a person who was responsible for the fermentation process named Rafael. He told me about how the beans came before they were sent to the chocolate factory.
The beans which came from the farmers, were then fermented in the fermentation center. After the fermentation was completed, then the beans were dried under the sunshine.
