Dedicated to The Wave and Mrs Nardelli.

Ben had decided to take his wife to this concert that was surprisingly popular. He didn’t care for all of this music stuff, but she did. She also suggested that he take Robert along, and he agreed without hesitation. They had waited 3 hours in line and were becoming tired and hungry; therefore, Ben offered to get concessions for the 3 of them.

In the meantime, Christy and Robert held their spots and continued talking to one another.

“This line is so long, there’s got to be at least 200 people here,” Christy complained. “Good music deserves a good audience I suppose,” she claimed.
“I hope it’s worth the wait,” Robert added.

However, as soon as he said that, someone cut in front of both of them. Both Robert and Christy were confused and didn’t know how to approach the situation.

“Excuse me! Is there a reason you cut in front of us?” Christy questioned the person, trying to be polite.

“Oh, well you see, I have been waiting in this line for a long time now, so I figured I would just make my way to the front,” claimed the man.

“Everyone here has been waiting as long as you have though,” Robert noted. “You can’t just cut in front of everybody else because you think you’re entitled to,” he insisted.
“We have also been waiting for hours now, everyone must simply wait their turn, it's only fair,” Christy added.

“Well I paid to see a concert, not to wait in line all day,” the man replied, annoyed. “Besides, nobody is going to stop me, so what does it matter if there’s other people in line?” He concluded.
