This is Paul.

Paul is having a hard time adjusting to having a new baby in the house.

Paul used to get his mom and dad's attention all the time.

Now his sister gets a lot of attention and now that she is crawling, her mom and dad can not take their eyes off of her.

"Mommy, can you play with me?" Asks Paul.

"Not right now," says mom, "your sister is about to get into something she is not supposed to, maybe after dinner."

Maybe if he jumps around and acts crazy Paul can get his mom and dad's attention.

No. Paul's mom is getting upset that he is making a mess and putting himself in danger. This is not the attention Paul wants.

"Dad, can you play with me?" Asks Paul.

"Not right now," says his dad, "I have got to pick up around the house. Maybe after dinner"

Maybe if he whines and cries like his sister he will get their attention.
