folia nrc- NRC foil

nożyczki- scissors 

nóż- knife 

latarka- flashlight 

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation - CPR

1. Protect yourself. Check the safety of place. If it's dangerous, immediately call for help.

2. Counsciousness.

Check is the victim conscious. Remember to keep a safe distance. 

3. Call for help. Call for help if victim is unconscious.

4. Airways. Clear the airways.

5. Breathing. Check victims sb breathing.

6. Call emergency number. Call for ambulance if victim is unconscious or not breathing normally. 

7. Heart massage. Start compressions and artificial respiration (30 compressions, 2 breaths).

8. Safe position. If the victim unconscious or is not breathing normally place the victim in safe position.
