You can reduce paper if
you write on both
sides. You can also
use the backs of old
papers to draw.

You can bring it to lunch in a
reusable plastic container
and make less trash.





Refill disposable water bottles
again. You can use them for a
bank. You can make a shaker
out of one. You can also use
them for crafts.

You should use only five pieces
of toilet paper each time you
go to the bathroom to reduce
the amount of waste, and
reduce the amount factories
make. Look for toilet paper
made from recycled paper.




Use reusable water bottles
instead of plastic water bottles
to reduce trash. Don't use the
one on the left, use the one on
the right!










You can use cloth towels
instead of using paper
towels so we use less
paper. That can save
trees too.










You can reuse tinfoil of it did
not get dirty. Reuse it the next
time you bake, or make a cat
toy, or make a tinfoil hat. You
can also make crafts.








We can reduce how
much electricity we use
by turning off the lights
when we leave the
classroom.









You can wash Ziploc
bags and reuse them.
It reduces a lot of
trash.



Use an artificial Christmas
tree instead of a real tree.
It will save many trees,
which will give us fresh air!





Wipe your feet on the
way in from recess. The
custodians won't need
to use as much
electricity to clean the
halls.

Reduce what is made in factories
by buying things at yard sales, not
in stores!! Things like toys, clothes
and sports equipment can be used
by many different people.









Try to close the door
quickly when you come
into school or after
recess so the heat and
air conditioning stay in
the building.
