The day started as usual, the crew was getting ready to leave, and the ship was loaded with all the necessary equipment. The crew of the Jascon 4 consisted of 12 people, Harrison Okene as a captain. The task was to tow the oil tanker to the shore, which was at a distance of 30 kilometers from land.

Despite the upcoming storm, Jascon 4 left the port for the intended target. The waves were insignificant, so the sailors decided to move into the ocean to complete the task. A few hours later, the tug was at the right point. The crew was waiting for the tanker's arrival for further towing to the shore. Time passed, and the waves only intensified.

After some time, the ship began to lurch, and Okene heard shouts of his comrades on the deck. Scared to death, the man began to rush around the cabins of the sinking tugboat and wandered into the engine room. Soon, the ship went down and capsized. Okene was the only one who survived.
