Snowy was just an ordinary wolf pup living an ordinary life. It was very peaceful living the way she did, having not known anybody else in her whole entire life! Her pack split up when she was just a newborn and raised by her mother until she was five months old. After that, her mother just suddenly disappeared without anybody to care for Snowy. So, from then on, Snowy lived alone. In fact, she vividly remembered her mother. All she had was herself, and she had to survive on her own in the wilderness.

When you saw her fur, it would gleam in the sun like dew on the grass at sunrise right after it rained, and it was softer than a cloud. But if you thought she was that beautiful from here...

Her eyes were like an electric diamond ocean, when you looked into them, they shone like crystals.

One day when Snowy was out hunting for food, she stopped in her tracks as she scented another animal. She did not have time to identify what it was before she heard heavy breathing behind her. It was none other than a big, brown grizzly bear! She turned around, and right then, it roared in her face! She sprinted away from the bear, and, since they were a bear, ran after her. 

As Snowy ran, she tried to lose the bear, but she was starting to run out of stamina. She panted, but kept running. The bear got closer and closer and closer until Snowy tripped on a stone. She was fine, until the bear jumped over to her. It roared loudly and started to attack Snowy! She resisted the cruel animal by playing dead. The bear walked away, thinking that she was done for. Snowy was alive, and got up when the scary creature was gone. She had a lot of scars from the bears massive claws, but the bear only got Snowy a tiny bit each slash. She ran to a place where it was very dark. There was one tiny spot where the sun shone, and it was right on Snowy's face.

Snowy limped along the ground, breathing heavily. She ran out of energy, and fell onto the ground. All of a sudden, a piece of meat dangled in front of Snowy's face. Snowy knew that meat couldn't fly, she looked up to see who was holding the meat.

It was a black wolf with fiery red eyes. He was the same size as Snowy. He dropped his piece of meat right in front of Snowy and backed up, ears pinned, and sat down. Snowy stood up and took the meat in her mouth. She ate it, feeling refreshed afterwards. The black wolf thumped his tail gently against the floor. He got up and trotted off. But before he could, he heard Snowy's whimpering. He turned around and decided to help her limp to his home.

The black wolf looked behind him and Snowy to make sure nothing was following them. Snowy looked with him, seeing the coast was clear, they continued their trip.

They learned about each other as they walked. Snowy discovered that the black wolf's name was Moon. He lived at an old abandoned camping area, he knew humans inhabited it, tents were there as well as a running campfire. Moon learned to keep the fire running. There was a little hole in the side of a small mountain where Moon kept some leftover food, as well. There was nearby a Christmas tree farm. When Snowy looked into Moon's eyes, it was flaming kind eyes, trustworthy and hopeful.

When Snowy tried to go to sleep, Moon licked her scars. Snowy and Moon were happy together. Snowy nor Moon had ever seen such personalities before. They slept under the warm tents.

The next morning, Snowy woke up to Moon's barking. He was motioning his muzzle towards the raging river nearby. Snowy got up, stretched, and walked over to Moon. He wagged his tail and raced over to the bench facing the water. They examined it before Snowy noticed the Flower Fields across the river. She jumped over it, Moon following close behind. They played in the flowers before Moon decided to take a nap in them. While Moon took a power-nap, Snowy picked a flower and placed it under Moon's chin. When he woke up, he took the flower with him until the a raven came and took it for it's nest.

They ran around and chased each other through the forest. They jumped over rivers and lakes, eventually deciding to take a swim in them. They looked at the clouds in the sky at day, and looked at the stars in the night. To them, it felt like a whole new world. They fished in lakes and hunted meat in the trees. They sat on the tallest point of the small mountain and gazed into the sky. Is this really... their new life?

A few months later, Snowy and Moon are adults- well, more like almost- In the morning, they got up from their deep sleep and walked outside of the tents. They decided to go and explore- an adventure! They ran through the shadows until suddenly, Snowy saw some other wolves in the distance. She growled deep and loud. Moon turned around to see the threat. He saw the other wolves and ran up to them he barked at them, they growled slightly back at him. Snowy was concerned, Moon was about to get attacked! She ran up to the wolves as well, one of the wolves about to pounce. Everything seemed to be in slow-motion. Right as the wolf was about to hit Moon, Snowy pushed the wolf and pinned him to the ground. Moon looked at the other and growled. It pinned it's ears and looked at it's fellow friend. Snowy let them go, and the two ran of whimpering, pinned ears, tails tucked.
