I am so happy that you went racing today.  You are one of the most amazing and brave chimpanzees that we have ever seen on the race track.

Dear Chimp the Champ,

From the other races you have won, I know you are so confident and always feel like a champion.  Is that how you got your nickname, Chimp the Champ? 

When you started the race you were so excited to get started. Racing day is the best! I noticed that you checked the wheels, checked the engine, checked your helmet, and checked your racing outfit, to make sure that everything was ready for the big day, but you did not check the gas.  

When you ran your race you started in the lead but then slowly started to fall behind to last place.  That was hard to watch!

One one of the rounds, however, you found a way to get help at the pit stop and your team loaded up the gas tank for you.  I am so glad you asked for help. 

When you got back on the race track you zoomed in your car so fast that you got right back into the race, crossing the finish line in second place.  Hooray! We are all here to help you and cheer for you.
