Once upon a time there was a boy called Peñarubia. He was 20 years old and he was from India.

He was a very nice guy, calm, chill and very sociable.

Even though he was a very sociable boy, he was very insecure with low self-esteem.

At school and at home he always had difficulty  talking about himself and he took refuge by being nice to everyone.

He started to feel really bad and every time he looked in the mirror he wanted to run away, because he thought he was fat, deformed and ugly. Whenever he looked at food he thought he couldn't eat it because he didn't want  to get even fatter.

He often cried because he thought he was too fat compared to his friends. Peñarubia decided to stop eating, but in a radical way. He only ate apples and drank water so much so that he developed anorexia nervosa from such poor eating behaviour.CR7

Peñarubia meets a boy from his high school called Albert and realises that he has the same problem as him. They start talking and realise that they have a lot of things in common. 

They talked for hours about joining a gym and eating a healthier diet for their bodies. Finally, after months they get the result they wanted and they start to not feel insecure and start to like what they see when they look in the mirror.

A few years passed and the two of them founded an organisation to help people who felt insecure about themselves.

   One day when they were at the gym, Peñarubia began to remember some moments he had gone through until he was in his current situation.   Those were difficult moments that marked him a lot.

  He began to remember a family dinner.

At dinner:

- I can't understand how young people today stop eating just to please other people.- said the mother.

-Mother, stop, there are  young people who feel bad about their own body and do everything to be accepted as normal by others. They just want to feel better!- said Peñarubia sister's .

- I very sincerely agree with your mother, I think it is incomprehensible.- said  peñarubia father's.

- I think these young people should have the help and trust of their parents!- said Peñarubia.

  He felt really bad because, according to his parents, his problem would never be accepted.

  His parents thought he should try to accept himself more and not take the idea of being thin to an extreme.
