Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the lamb meat, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced green peppers, sliced red peppers, tomato paste, red pepper paste, pepper flakes, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a large oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 1.5-2 hours, or until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
- Remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the top is browned and crispy.
- Serve hot with rice or bread

- Soak the chickpeas in water overnight and wait for them to swell.
- Place the red meat in a pot and add enough water to cover it. Cook the meat until it is tender.

- Before serving, squeeze lemon juice over the Tirit soup. You can garnish it with red pepper flakes and parsley if desired.

How to cook
