Once upon a time, there were three friends named Alex, Rose, and Claire, who loved to explore and have fun. One day, they were walking in the forest, when they stumbled upon a magical book.

"Wow, this book looks amazing," said Alex, the adventurous one of the group. "Let's open it and see what's inside."

"Wait a minute," said Rose, the clever one. "The book seems to be written in a language that we don't understand. It's all in English."

"Don't worry," said Claire, the bookworm of the group. "I happen to know a lot about English. Let me take a look."

As they opened the book, they saw that it was filled with stories and adventures from all around the world. Claire began reading the first story out loud, and Alex and Rose listened closely.

"I don't understand some of these words," said Rose.

"Don't worry," said Claire. "English can be tricky, but once you understand the basics, it's easy to pick up."

"Can you teach us?" asked Alex.

"Sure," said Claire. "Let's start with the alphabet."
