One day in a little village lived a little bear and her name was Katie Bear. Katie Bear was a loving bear. She was kind, polite and friendly. She is such a happy bear. Today Katie bear is going on a fun picnic to the beach with her friend Sue bear.

The first thing Katie bear did was get out of bed in the morning and opened her curtains. She was so excited for her picnic with Sue bear! Katie bear went to have a shower and got dressed in her bear clothes.

After getting dressed, Katie bear went into her kitchen to make some breakfast. Katie bear loves eating pancakes.

After breakfast, Katie bear brushed her teeth and went to pack her picnic. Katie bear found a yummy cake, some grapes, sandwiches and some fruit. She was really looking forward to her picnic with Sue bear.

Katie bear left with her picnic basket and went to meet Sue Bear. Katie bear walked through some dark woods that were so dark she had lost her way. Poor Katie bear.

Until Katie bear met a strange person standing in front of her. It was hairy and

scary. Oh no, it's a big wolf. Katie bear 

was scared that the wolf would eat her.

The wolf didn't eat Katie bear but instead gave her a lift to the beach in a big green car. Broom, broom!

When they got to the beach, Katie bear thanked the wolf and he headed off home. After a long journey, Katie bear could finally have her picnic with Sue bear.

'Sue bear' Katie bear said excitedly and hugged her

'Katie bear' Sue bear happily said.
