Once upon a time, in a cozy little town, lived Ollie, a remarkable kid with heart full of kindness and a mind buzzing with curiosity. She had twinkle in her eye and a love for plants that could make flowers giggle.
Ollie was what some people called "neurodivergent," which meant her brain worked in a unique and extraordinary way. Her mind was like a magical garden, where thoughts and ideas grew in the most fantastic colors.
One bright day, Ollie discovered a sad-looking garden in the heart of the town.
The flowers were droopy, and the once-colorful place seemed to have forgotten how to smile. Ollie's heart squeezed with a big feeling, like a hug from the sun.

The very next day, Ollie sat at the lunch table and something sparkled with curiosity in their eyes! Ollie noticed that some of her friends hadn't tasted the super juicy, delicious tangerines or the yummy, colorful bell peppers like the ones they loved so much.
Ollie looked at their friends and asked, "Hey, why don't you have yummy fruits and colorful veggies like I do?"
Their friends looked a bit sad and said, "Well, Ollie, our parents can't afford them."
Ollie's eyes widened, and a big question popped into their mind, "What's that mean?"
"It means we don't have enough extra money for those tasty treats. But we still love our lunch; it's just a bit different," one friend explained.

Ollie's heart felt a little squeeze, like when you miss a step on the stairs. Ollie thought for a moment, “Oh no, everyone should have yummy fruits and veggies!
"Like sweet and crunchy apples, juicy watermelon slices, and little cherry tomatoes that popped like confetti in your mouth!
"We should do something to share the yumminess with everyone, so everyone can enjoy tasty fruits and veggies, just like me!"

Ollie remembered the garden she found yesterday and a brilliant idea blossomed in her mind.
She would bring joy back to the garden and tasty food to her friends.

"I'll make you happy again, little garden," she whispered.
Ollie felt a determination grow inside her. She gathered her gardening tools and skipped over to the garden, her curls bouncing with excitement.

As Ollie worked her magic, digging, planting, and singing to the flowers, something magical happened.
The news of Ollie's garden adventure spread like sunshine after a rainy day. Soon, other kids, parents, and even the grumpy man from next door gathered around to help.
Together, they watered, weeded, and giggled, turning the garden into a rainbow of happiness.

At school, the lunch boxes were just as colorful and her friends got to eat tasty fruits and veggies, everyday!
The garden smiled again and the people did too.
But one day, as Ollie danced between the flowers, she noticed a shy little boy named Ethan standing alone.
Ethan felt like a tiny seed, planted on the edge of the garden, a bit unsure if he could ever join the cheerful dance of flowers and laughter.
Ollie remembered times when she felt like that and she knew just what to do.
With her big heart and sparkly eyes, Ollie did what she wished someone had done for her when she felt left out.
"Hey there, Ethan! Wanna plant a flower with me?" Ollie asked, extending a hand of friendship.
“The garden is a super special place for everyone. What do you think?"
Ethan was surprised by Ollie’s kindness. He shuffled his feet, unsure. "I-I don't know," he said.
But Ollie wasn't one to give up. She twirled a sunflower in front of him. "Flowers love friends! Come on, let's make this garden even more amazing together!"
With a shy smile and a nod, Ethan took Ollie’s outstretched hand.
Together, they planted flowers of all colors and sizes, and as they tended the garden, something wonderful happened.
As they worked side by side, Ollie shared her love for plants, and Ethan began to feel a sense of belonging he had never experienced before.

As the days passed, Ethan blossomed, just like the garden. He felt like a superhero, his compassion growing as big as the sun. The other kids noticed, too, and soon, Ethan didn't feel like he was on the edge anymore. He was right in the middle of the giggles and games, just like everyone else.
