I am a duck I have two little chicks. They are twins. They are the sweetest I had ever ever had! But they are the first chicks I had.

Oh just look at them! Would 

you? Aren’t they the 

sweetest you have ever

seen?

But…it’s not so fast until the fox came. I tried to protect them but it was no use they vanished right after the fox chased me away. I had no idea if he’d eaten them or they escaped.

I still feel very sad when I think about it. It just…makes me think of the day I brought them and the fox. Im really not sure where they are. They where only a moon old when the fox came.

The foxes came out of no where in the forest but I’m sure their den was there because once I saw the little fox cubs in the forest.

The Chicks

I am a chick. My sister is a chick as well. No one knows who’s who really. We really look like each other.

Cute right? I think I am much is cuter than her but she argues that we both look the same so no one is cuter than another.

No one is cuter 

than another! Okay?

Okay okay! You keep arguing!

Oh mother…I miss you.

It’s okay! I mean…She isn’t dead! I promise.

We still really miss our mom. We don’t know what happened after the fox.

But once…the farmer said his words right out of his mouth.

We gotta run sister! He’s coming after us!

We escaped. Not seriously escaped. Cuz we’ll see

that stink guy later!

I’m scared…

But suddenly…

Get them! Get them now!

We gotta run again!

But the worst thing is when My sister 

disappeared. Don’t know if she

died or ran away.
