I had a long trip to Vietnam with a Vietnamese friend. This is my first time traveling to Vietnam and I heard that the people here are very friendly, the scenery is beautiful and there are delicious dishes.

The first week, I was in Hanoi. In the morning, I heard my friend say that people here often eat pho in the morning and that in Vietnam, "beef pho" is one of the most famous and unique dishes in Vietnam. My friend took me to a roadside pho restaurant and when I arrived in front of the restaurant, a strange aroma "shocked" me straight into my nose.

Then my friend ordered and the pho was brought out. I find it strange that I can't eat without a fork because in my country I only use forks and spoons, but my friends say they use "chopsticks". And once my friend showed me I could use it too. When I was about to pick up a piece of pho, my friend stopped me and said: "To eat pho, you must have herbs and "sour garlic". I asked in surprise: "What is sour garlic?"

Then my friend took a jar of garlic with a rather pungent smell and scooped it out for me. I found it quite strange and asked wonderingly: "Is this edible?" My friend replied very calmly: "Sure, it's delicious". And when I come across a piece to eat, I find it quite difficult to eat, but when I eat it with pho, I feel it goes very well. The mild sour and spicy taste along with the sweetness of the beef and broth along with the crunchy "toss" create a wonderful flavor.

After that, after "siping" every last drop of broth, I ate it deliciously. I feel pretty good about this dish. After that, my friend and I went to the counter to pay.

When she saw that I was an outsider, the shop owner chatted with me very enthusiastically and asked me interesting questions. After leaving the restaurant, I felt very surprised and asked my friend: "Do you Vietnamese people speak English so well?" My friend replied: "Of course and they are also very sociable, right?" I replied: "Yes, they are very enthusiastic and kind."

After that, my friend and I went to Hoan Kiem Lake, a quite famous place in Hanoi. When I arrived at Hoan Kiem Lake, I saw that the scenery was quite beautiful and the people were quite crowded and bustling. Old people are exercising, young men and women jogging with children playing. Unlike my country, every morning is quite busy preparing to go to work. After that, my friend and I walked around Hoan Kiem Lake a few times and continued to "glide" around Hanoi.

The next day, my friend took me to a market. And led me to a small leaf of cassava leaves. And said, "In Vietnam, banh mi is also a specialty that foreign tourists like very much". I was surprised and said, "I have eaten many types of bread and there is no difference". My friend said, "We'll see". And when the bread was brought out, I was quite surprised because it was different from what I thought.

My friend said, "We'll see". And when the bread was brought out, I was quite surprised because it was different from what I thought. I thought it was no different from other types of bread I've eaten, but it was very different.

The bread is quite crispy, in the bread there is grilled meat, pork rolls, herbs, cucumbers, and a little chili sauce. When I took a bite, I felt quite good. The special way of marinating the grilled meat along with the sauces in the bread gave me an indescribable feeling and I ate it deliciously very quickly and ordered another one. another loaf of bread.

After eating bread, my friend said: "Do you know what would be the best thing to do after eating bread?". I replied: "I don't know". My friend replied: "it's going to drink coffee". Then my friend took me to a coffee shop and ordered me a cup of milk coffee. When you try drinking coffee, the sweet taste of milk and the bitter taste of coffee along with the aroma blend wonderfully. And my friend and I just drank coffee and talked for the rest of the morning.

The second week, My friends and I went to Hue, this is a very dreamy city and we went to eat a lot of delicious dishes in Hue but we felt that the dish that impressed me forever was Bun Bo Hue which is a dish. Food you should not miss when coming to Vietnam. I see Bun Bo Hue as a typical Vietnamese dish, often enjoyed in the morning.
