Welcome my team story...

A young woman returns to her hometown to meet her mother and share with her the difficulties she is facing in life. She is unsure of what to do and feels like giving up. It seems that every time one problem is solved, a new one arises. She is exhausted.

Her mother takes her to the kitchen, fills three pots with water, and places each one on the stove. Soon, all the pots are boiling. First, her mother adds carrots. Second, she adds eggs, and finally, she adds ground coffee beans.

What do you see?

Her mother lets the pots boil without saying a word. After about twenty minutes, she begins to turn off the stoves. The mother takes out the carrots and places them in a bowl. She continues to take out the eggs and puts them in a separate bowl. Then she scoops out the coffee and puts it in a small bowl. Turning to her daughter, she asks, "What do you see?"

"Carrots, eggs, and coffee," the young girl replies. Her mother brings her closer and asks her to feel the carrots. The girl says they feel soft. The mother then asks her to take an egg and break it. The girl tries but cannot because the egg has been hard-boiled. Finally, the mother asks her to sip the coffee. The daughter smiles as she enjoys the rich aroma.
