DEDICATION

This story is for students to learn a lesson of the importance of sharing. We want everyone to know that it is never wrong to share, and that the more we share the more we have.

“Roar!” The monster lept towards the dragons and Teddy! The three dragons exclaimed, “Is this the end of our lives?”

    Earlier that day, the dragons siblings, Ginger, Lightning and Poppy, were chasing each other as usual. Suddenly, dragons in their magical family ran and started using their most valuable parts, the horns, to create a big forcefield in order to protect their home Skyland. 

 Just then, a huge looking monster flew to the sky and attacked the land.

     The three dragons froze and the monster said, “Give me your horns or else!” However, Lightning and his younger siblings were quick enough to escape by flying low towards the ground just in case the monster saw them. 

    Lightning sighed, “Hey, Ginger, what are we going to do? We don’t have our parents with us now and they are trying to save and protect Skyland from the big evil monster. We can’t just leave them here, they need us!” Ginger and Poppy were just as depressed as Lightning and the sad faces on their parents' faces made them even more hopeless. 

        Just then, Poppy exclaimed,”Guys, I have an idea! How about fighting the monster with our powerful horns?” The two older brothers didn’t agree with the young dragon.

     Lightning said, “Poppy, don’t forget what mom always tells us. No matter what, we have to keep our horns safe! Do you have any idea of how to defeat the monster in order to save our homeland, Ginger?”    

     Ginger said with a shrug, ”Maybe ask the well known wizard, Teddy, to help us convince the monster? I don’t know, at least it is worth a try.” Lightning nodded and turned around to look at Poppy and he winked.

 They saw an old house full of wands and pots. They went inside and saw a bear wearing a tall wizard hat. It was the wizard! 

    The wizard said in a low voice, “Who are you? Show your identities!”

     The dragons said, ”Teddy the wizard, we are dragons from a magical family.” Lightning started introducing himself and his siblings. The wizard suddenly looked confused and asked them why they were here. They told him all about the evil monster and their family. 

    Then, Poppy asked, “So, are you willing to help us convince the monster?” 

    The wizard thought for a while and nodded his head.
