Once upon a time there was a little green tomato named Theodore. He was very different and not liked by others.

There was a mean and grouchy tomato, Britt, and she was very mean to Theodore. She would make fun of him for being different.

Anne was very supportive and reassuring. She would tell him "Someone will pick you, just give it time."

But Theodore didn't want to wait, he wanted to be picked now. He felt very sad and angry.

"Why doesn't anyone want me?" he asked.

Britt spoke up, "You're weird, like you don't look like us.... you're green" she says disgusted.

Anne turns and says, "Don't listen to her you will find someone who will pick you."

After a few days of feeling hopeless he tried to do everything he could to get someone's attention.
