No more snow!
Spring on the run!
The storks are already returning,
The larks are already giving a concert.
Here the crocuses, there the daffodils
They look at the world nicely.
The grass is changing its green,
A deer is eager to like it.
Nature is waking up all around,
It will be beautiful and cheerful.
The sun now shines more often,
It calls all the children outside.

Greek Poem
THE GIRL
Two you and three me
green shuttlecock*
I enter the pit*,
Hello, Mr. Menexe.
Fountain and water
and my lost dream.
Gingerbread gingerbread,
the peach is back.
Hop if I turn right
I fall on the pomegranate.
Hop if I turn left
on the blackberry.
He's holding my hand
honey bee,
he catches the other in the air
butterfly that bites

GREEK POEM
"My house" by Kostis Palamas
I want to build a little house in solitude and silence, surrounded by a green lawn.
I won't build it here.
I know in the great country the rich broad road with palaces and gardens.
I won't build it there.
I know the pleasant shore, the whole wave kisses it, its sandy beach is lily-white.
I won't build it there.
Endlessly it draws a strata,it tears a barren plain, hard it is beaten by the wild weather and pounded by the pound,an army trodden by a thousand, the horseman fasting, the pedestri thirsty is buried in the perch.
There I will build my house with a fountain in the yard, always its corner will be smoking and its door will be open.
The poem expresses the poet's desire to build a different house. A house with a yard and a tap. A home whose door will always be open to everyone. So he is looking to find the most suitable place by rejecting many places.

William Wordsworth
Daffodils
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze

William Wordsworth
Sunovrati
Samotan sam ko oblak luto,
Što lebdeć' i brijeg i dol hvata,
Odjednom opazih mnoštvo žuto,
Obilje zlatnih sunovrata,
Uz jezero pod stabla skriše
Oni se s vjetrom što ih njiše

ITALIAN POEM: 21st March
The first swallow came last night
to say: "Spring is coming!"
The primroses laugh in the meadow,
yellow,
and I saw, believe me, already three
butterflies".
Caressing it, I said:
"Yes, it is time, swallow, fly on the
roof".
But another swallow must come
back
from the long exile, beyond the sea,
to let return to men's faces the smile
as in the tender meadows.
Peace, O swallow, that flies in the
evening!
It is for men the spring.
Gianni Rodari
This poem celebrates spring, bringing a message of peace.

"When Spring Comes
When spring comes,
If I'm already dead,
The flowers will bloom the same way
And the trees will be no less green than last spring.
Reality does not need me.
I feel enormous joy
Thinking that my death doesn't matter at all
If I knew that tomorrow I would die
And spring was the day after tomorrow,
I would die happy, because it was the day after tomorrow.
If this is her time, when would she come if not in her time?
I like everything to be real and everything to be right;
And I like it because that's how it would be, even if I didn't like it.
So if I die now, I'll die happy,
Because everything is real and everything is right.
You can say Latin over my coffin if you want.
If you want, you can dance and sing around him.
I have no preferences for when I can no longer have preferences.
Whatever it is, whenever it is, it will be what it is.”
