What are adverbs of frequency?
Adverbs of frequency are those adverbs that are used to express the frequency with which an action is performed, that is, when we want to talk about the frequency with which we do something, or the frequency with which something happens.
One of the main problems that Spanish students encounter when using adverbs of frequency in English correctly has to do with the position in which we must place them within a sentence.

FREQUENCY ADVERBS
Adverbs of frequency are words that indicate how often an action occurs. Some common examples are "always," "often," "sometimes," "rarely," and "never." These adverbs help express the regularity or lack thereof in actions.

Always
On some occasions we will find it before the verb or the auxiliary, which gives a certain emphasis to the phrase.
