CHAPTER 1 EARLY LIFE

Malcolm was born on May 19,1925. His journey began in a world that was divided by racial inequality and discrimination. He had 7 siblings. His experience in a racist society motivated him to advocate for change. He faced many challenges as a kid including racial discrimination, limited opportunities, and constant reminders of his place in society

CHAPTER 2 EDUCATION AND BUSINESS

He began his education at West Junior High School in Lansing, Michigan. He faced many challenges regarding his skin color. He worked in the workforce at a young age. He did shoeshining and worked in the food industry. He joined the CRM through his involvement with the nation of Islam. His colleagues were passionate and dedicated people who shared commitment in fighting for equality.
