This book in your hand was prepared in cooperation with students and teachers from many different schools within the scope of the "Audio Story World" eTwinning project. This magical story, which we call "Flying Balloon Town", tells an adventure full of friendship, courage and discovery that pushes the limits of imagination. Everyone involved in this project worked with great dedication and creativity to bring you this unique story.  Character Descriptions:

  Ege is a curious and intelligent child. He is 9 years old.

He wants to be an explorer because he loves flying among the clouds and discovering new places. He immediately attracts attention with her blonde hair and blue eyes. Ege always loves to learn new things and enjoys reading books.

Duru is a cute and energetic girl. She is Ege's best friend. 9-year-old Duru looks very cute with her red hair and freckled face. Duru loves painting and studying clouds and stars. He is also very helpful and creative.

   Pati is the cutest dog in Flying Balloon Town. He never leaves Ege and Duru's side. It has white feathers and black eyes. Pati is a very intelligent dog and always accompanies children on new adventures.

   The baby swallow and his family live on Sky Mountain. They are connected to each other with love.

     They never forget the good deeds done. Even though they look small, they are very powerful. They carry heavy loads thanks to their wings and claws.

Guardian Crab

Its mission is to raise environmental awareness by protecting the treasure.

He sacrificed his life for this purpose. Beneath his scary appearance, he has a big loving heart.

Flying Balloon Town

  Once upon a time, there was a town floating in the sky called Flying Balloon Town. This town was floating on the clouds and colorful balloons were floating around it.

Children and animals living in Flying Balloon Town experienced new and exciting adventures every day.

   One day, an old map was found in the library of Flying Balloon Town. This map showed the way to the City of Clouds. 

According to legend, the City of Clouds was a place full of magic crystals, and these crystals provided the town with unlimited energy. Ege, Duru and Pati were very excited when they found this map.

They immediately began making a plan to find the magic crystals. They set out by examining the map and solving the clues. Their first stop was Sky Mountain.

           After a long journey, they reached a bridge. They saw an injured baby swallow at the bottom of the bridge. Pati barked and went to the baby swallow. Ege and Duru hugged the swallow and gave it water and food. The baby swallow came to his senses and smiled at them.

 At the top of the bridge, they encountered the guard of Sky Mountain.

 The guard was forcing incoming passengers to cross the bridge to prevent the map of the second stop from falling into the wrong hands.

   Ege, Duru, Pati and the baby swallow headed towards the bridge in fear. With every step they took, the bridge was shaking from top to bottom. The rotting steps were falling off the cliff and into the river.

Due to his momentary excitement, Pati rushed towards the middle of the bridge.

    Duru and Ege headed towards him with the swallow they hugged to stop him. Since the bridge could not handle this much movement, all its steps fell off.

    Ege, Duru, Pati and Kırlangıç were falling down the cliff at great speed. Suddenly they felt huge claws wrapping around them. They realized they were rising upwards and wandering along the  mountainside.
