In the forest lived lots of animals. But they 

lived on the dark side of the earth. There were 

2 best buddies. Fox and Wolf. They were 

playing and a bear said "we need light,we need 

someone brave enough to go to the other side 

of the world."

"I can do it!" said fox. "No,I can do it!" said 

wolf. Fox and wolf were arguing over who is 

more brave. "Listen guys I say bird can 

because he can fly." said Bear. "Fine." said fox 

annoyed. "me?" said bird. "Yes you bird.You 

can fly over to the other side of the earth and 

bring the light."

"Okay!" said bird "I am going to the other side 

of the earth to get the light." Off the bird went 

to the other side of the earth. When he once 

got there he grabbed the light and put it in his 

beak. He flew back to all the other animals and 

when he got back he noticed he accidentally 

opened his beak and the light fell.

"Oh no!" said bird "I lost the light!" Bear was 

upset. "Okay um how about..I don't know 

who." said bear. "me me I can do it!" yelled 

fox. "No thanks,fox" said bear "aw okay but 

wolf can't either." wolf shaked his head. "I can 

do it!" said a tiny spider. "haha you can't do it 

your too small!" said bear laughting so hard he 

fell.

"well,you'll see I am going to get it right now!" 

said the spider worring what bear was going to 

say. "fine,you will come back dead though." 

said bear laughting. Off the spider went. He 

traveled all the way over to the other side of 

the earth was. He grabbed the light and put it 

on top of his head. "There we go." when the 

spider was almost there the light started to 

burn his head. So he made a bag of silk and 

put the light in it

He carried it back to the animals. He opened 

the bag up and the light came out. All the 

animals could see. "Hip Hip HURRAY! HIP HIP 

HURRAY!" yelled all the animals. "Wow,thank 

you spider." said bear. "I never knew you 

could do that."bear said sorry to spider. "Now 

we ALL can see."
