Fashion Design Contest! Winner's Design will be used for Sally Mason. Interview's will start on Saturday 8:30. The contest starts on Wednesday. 

Two girls were walking down the streets of their city. Their name's are Aria and Katie. They both love fashion, but their points of view about fashion are different, but that doesn't stop them from being friends, but that almost happened. Aria spotted a flyer on a wall of a building. "Look Katie, what's that?" asked Aria. "Its a fashion design contest. And, whoever wins, their designs will be used by, *gasp*, Sally Mason!" said Katie excitedly. The girls jumped up and down squealing a lot. They wanted really wanted their designs to be used by their idol, Sally Mason.

You see, Aria is all about being, brave, exact, and fearless. She's a cool girl that likes spray painting, bubblegum, and rocking out music. You seriously do not want to mess with her. With Katie, she's the opposite. She's all about creativity, fun, and colors. She likes to do her designs cool and simple with quirk in it. The girls do have some things in common, but in fashion, not that much.

On Saturday, the girls arrived at the place where the interview was being held at very early. A little too early. No one was there, so they were the first ones to come to the interview. They went inside of the building.

Aria and Katie were in a really fancy house. They got escorted to the room Sally was in. This was it. They were going to meet their idol! When they entered the room, there was lots of silence. Sally was in a chair. "Its Sally!" whispered Katie to Aria. "Hello girls. Aren't you a little bit too early?" asked Sally is a firm voice. "Oh um, sorry. We'll leave if you'd like. I guess we are a little too early," said Aria. "No, no. You can stay. Sit down please," said Sally with her voice still firm, but softened a little. Aria and Katie gave each other excited looks and went to their seats.

All of them were sitting down. It was silent for a little while and then Katie asked, "Why are you wearing those clothes? People are hardly wearing black these days." "Katie, don't say that," whispered Aria angrily, but Katie wouldn't listen. "You should start adding some color to your clothes. I only wear one piece of black everyday. A really great way to make yourself glow bright," said Katie really fast. "Um, ok. I'll think about that. Thanks for the advice," said Sally. Aria didn't like what Katie did. She thinks that Sally is better with that look instead of adding other color to it.

"So girls, tell me about yourselves. Like what are your views about fashion is? The one with the brown hair can go first," said Sally. "My name is Katie and I love being creative. My style is cool, but I like to add some quirk to it. Something that suits me, that's all," said Katie. "Ok, and what about you?" asked Sally her eyes in Aria's position. "Well, my name's Aria and I like things to be exact. My style is fearless with boldness in it and coolness," said Aria. "Ok, that's good," said Sally. "Me and Aria are really excited entering this contest together," said Katie. "I don't think you two should do it together," said Sally.

"Huh, what do you mean? Me and Katie love to do stuff together," said Aria. "I knew that from seeing you two come in at the same time. I think its best for you two to work alone. I'm not saying that you can't team up in the contest, it is allowed. But, I think you should work alone instead. You both have unique styles. If you want to, then you can work together," said Sally.

The girls faces went up again after she said that. "Thanks Sally. We'll be on our way right now," said Katie as she and Aria got out of their seats.

On Sunday, Aria and Katie went to their fashion studio that they managed to persuade their parents to get for them, so they can practice and make fashion designs in it. They both had ideas for the outfit that they could use for the fashion show and they really wanted show each other. They had to put the clothes that they made on the fashion dummy that usually show on window displays at stores. "Who's going to go first?" asked Katie. "How about you? You have great ideas since you're so creative," said Aria. Katie smiled and dropped her bag to get the clothes that she made out of it.

Katie put the clothes that she made on the fashion dummy. Aria did not like what she was seeing. After Katie finished getting out all of the clothes out of her bag, she said, "There, done. So how do you like it? Its obviously cute. It would be a great idea to use the whole thing for the fashion contest, but we have to work together on this, so you have to put some things that you'd like on it too," said Katie. Aria was thinking about that, until she had an idea.

Aria dropped her bag and took off everything of the fashion dummy. Katie was confused, but she was a little bit sad when Aria only put the things that Aria had. "Now that's better. It looks really cool, don't you think?" asked Aria. Katie was quiet for a bit and then she said, "Well, I like it. I don't care much for the sweater, but the boots are cool. I just don't see any of the clothes that I put on there. How about we put the skirt on and we compromise on the top?" she asked.

Aria, in the mood to argue, said, "Well why don't we just do it this way? Sally will appreciate it more than your bomb of color." Katie gasped. "How dare you say that?! We're supposed to work on this together! If you don't want to compromise, then I'll make my own design. Alone!" yelled Katie and with that, she stormed off.

On Monday, Aria grabbed her bag and went straight Sally's place to show her one of the designs she wanted to make on her sketch pad. One of the servants there told her to wait in the room, so she did. "When Sally sees this and likes it, I'll be able to prove to Katie that we should've done my design," she said to herself.

The door opened and Sally came is. They were a few things that were different about her; She was wearing blue hightop and her skirt was purple. Her makeup was lighter too. "Hi Sally, um, they are a few things that are not supposed to be on you. I like the skirt, but you shouldn't have your face brighter and your shoes blue," said Aria. "Oh this? I like the new style. Katie gave me a message about a few things that I should change about my clothing. I'm loving the pink lip gloss. The hightop allow me run faster than when I'm in those tight dress shoes," said Sally all cheery. Aria was surprised, but that didn't really bother her. All that matters is showing Sally her idea and then she can use it for the contest.

Aria opened up her bag and took out her sketch pad and then gave it to Sally. Sally flipped through the pages until she founding with the spelling 'Fashion Contest Design. Sally, please look at it,' so she did. Half a minute later, Sally finally said, "I like that design. It cool, but aren't you working on it with Katie?" Aria didn't answer. She just gave Sally a look. Sally understood. "I see. Well, back then I used to play with a type of toy called 'XOX Kweenies, and they were fearless ones and quirky ones. They have stuff that are in you and Katie's personalities. I couldn't decide which one was best, so I thought that they both go well together, but are better to be apart sometimes," said Sally. Aria remembered that she and Katie used to play with that toy, (They still do. Don't tell their enemies).
